Sales Consultant

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the retail floor, build and maintain client relationships, and support store sales goals in a luxury retail setting. Deliver personalized shopping experiences while upholding presentation and product knowledge standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and personalized service
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation, and a tidy sales floor
• Process transactions and assist with inventory and store operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak shopping periods
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
