Job Description

Summary

The Sales Consultant - Mens Apparel develops long lasting customer relationships to drive sales service and loyalty within a luxury retail environment. This role requires deep product expertise across the store and a focus on clienteling to build a personal book of business and achieve significant sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sell from the entire store and wardrobe customers from head to toe
  • Develop long term customer relationships by engaging and cultivating new clients
  • Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
  • Exceed sales and service goals and targets
  • Build and retain a loyal personal client base through ongoing acquisition and development
  • Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price change and sales support tasks
  • Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone mail and electronic methods

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience in a commission sales environment
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques
  • Expertise in establishing customer relationships that translate into sales
  • Highly collaborative team oriented approach
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
  • Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
