Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports store performance by managing merchandise flow and logistics, reporting to the Assistant Store Director. The role focuses on inventory control, stock consistency and adherence to internal procedures to help achieve sales targets. This position operates within a luxury retail environment and contributes to customer satisfaction and qualitative brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and control monthly turning inventories and implement specific action plans
• Support the annual inventory process and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain consistent stock levels to achieve sales targets
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand qualitative standards
• Organize and tidy stock areas and support transfer processes
• Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouse
• Handle packaging and small stationery orders

Requirements

• At least 1 year of successful experience in a stock department
• Luxury retail experience required
• 1-3 years overall retail experience
• Retail stockroom experience is a plus
• Ability to follow internal logistics procedures and maintain organization
