Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Coordinator at Saint Laurent Woodbury, you will support our dynamic team with Back-of-House and Sales operations, contributing to overall productivity without the selling ceremony.

Responsibilities

Support Back-of-House operations with shipping, receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and other general tasks.
Assist the Sales team by processing sales transactions, greeting clients, and pulling products.
Maintain cashwraps/registers and stockroom organization to company standards.
Assist with product transfers and Visual Merchandising moves.
Handle returns/exchanges as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
High level of integrity.
