Lead the boutique sales organization to achieve sales targets and drive business development for High Jewelry while fostering an exceptional client experience and strong team culture in the Miami Design District.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Define and implement business development strategy for High Jewelry with HJ sales manager.
- Collaborate with corporate departments and communicate insights to executives.
- Develop local market knowledge and proactive sales strategies.
- Partner with client engagement leaders to implement clienteling strategies.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop managers and sales associates.
- Conduct team meetings and lead performance management and coaching.
- Support boutique operations including controllable expense monitoring and daily setup.
- Model luxury experience behavior with regular presence on the sales floor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- MBA preferred.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a sales team and maintain professional image.
- Flexible mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of brand, products, inventory control, and security procedures.
