Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Executive at Buccellati in Bal Harbour, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a strong client database. You will provide exceptional experiences to clients, using storytelling and product knowledge to create memorable moments, while working closely with the Boutique Team to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by Management.
  • Collaborate with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment in the Boutique.
  • Support after-sales clients with solutions in line with Maison values.
  • Handle ecommerce clients and phone inquiries, scheduling appointments and arranging correspondence.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
  • Expert in clientelling to cultivate and nurture client relationships.
  • Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
  • Accurately capture and follow-up on client data using CRM tools.
  • Resolve client issues and support in-store and off-site events to increase brand awareness.
  • Comply with all Policies and Procedures set by the Maison.
  • Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of the Boutique.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts for successful audits.
  • Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards.
  • Perform special projects as designated by boutique management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
  • Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with logistics and operations.
  • Self-starter with a Team-Player approach.
  • Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to spend long periods of time standing.
