Summary
The Sales Experience Manager leads the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales and operational goals. This role drives commercial performance, develops and coaches staff including assistant managers, and represents the Maison to local prestige markets while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Prepare and analyze sales reporting and leverage Maison tools for business development
- Develop and execute client development and experience action plans including VIP experiences
- Coach and develop assistant managers and direct reports with individual development plans
- Manage day to day boutique operations including inventories audits and compliance
- Strategize outreach to local prestige market and cultivate partnerships to increase prestige sales
- Promote continuous operational improvements and optimize controllable operating expenses
- Act as Maison ambassador and uphold boutique image and standards
- Lead change initiatives and foster a positive inclusive boutique culture
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Experience managing direct reports and preferably leading leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings weekends and travel for trainings and events
- Strong analytical organizational and client service skills
- Ability to coach selling ceremony and elevated client experience behaviors
