Sales Experience Manager

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier in Chicago, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve boutique goals. You will motivate your team to build lasting client relationships and uphold the Cartier legacy.

• Drive sales and service teams to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and develop business strategies based on market intelligence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Execute client development plans and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Promote operational excellence and ensure adherence to procedures and compliance.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold the boutique image.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
