Sales Experience Manager - Valley Fair

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier Valley Fair, you will lead a dynamic team to provide exceptional client experiences and achieve boutique goals. You will cultivate client relationships and drive the Cartier legacy forward.

• Drive sales and service teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and develop business strategies based on market intelligence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and feedback.
• Strategize outreach to local prestige markets and cultivate partnerships.
• Plan and execute exceptional client experiences to build long-term relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to procedures and compliance.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold the boutique image.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
