Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Lead at KREWE in Austin, TX, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and leading a dynamic team in a high-fashion eyewear retail environment. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, and ensuring operational excellence while acting as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Manage labor and schedule effectively according to business needs.
  • Support training and development of team members while leading by example.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build an external pipeline of customers and candidates.
  • Strategize and execute events.
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
