Job Description

Summary

Lead store sales efforts to drive top line results and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Support execution of company strategy, manage selling costs and digital sales initiatives, and develop a high performing sales team through coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve KPI and top line sales goals
  • Analyze sales and performance data to maximize opportunities and client acquisition
  • Manage controllable and non controllable store expenses and budget efficiency
  • Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets
  • Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity
  • Oversee customer experience and nurture relationship based selling culture
  • Coordinate trunk shows events and promotions with buying and marketing partners
  • Ensure adherence to health safety and loss prevention protocols
  • Attract hire and retain coaching team while providing on the floor coaching

Requirements

  • 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store
  • Flexible availability including opening closing shifts weekdays and weekends
  • Proven track record improving sales related KPIs through team execution
  • Experience coaching developing and documenting performance improvements
  • Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
  • Experience across menswear categories including tailored clothing and made to measure preferred
  • Welcoming inclusive mindset and alignment with company core values
