Summary
Lead store sales efforts to drive top line results and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Support execution of company strategy, manage selling costs and digital sales initiatives, and develop a high performing sales team through coaching and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve KPI and top line sales goals
- Analyze sales and performance data to maximize opportunities and client acquisition
- Manage controllable and non controllable store expenses and budget efficiency
- Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets
- Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity
- Oversee customer experience and nurture relationship based selling culture
- Coordinate trunk shows events and promotions with buying and marketing partners
- Ensure adherence to health safety and loss prevention protocols
- Attract hire and retain coaching team while providing on the floor coaching
Requirements
- 4+ years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store
- Flexible availability including opening closing shifts weekdays and weekends
- Proven track record improving sales related KPIs through team execution
- Experience coaching developing and documenting performance improvements
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
- Experience across menswear categories including tailored clothing and made to measure preferred
