Luxury retail leadership role responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and overseeing store operations, training, and team development at a flagship store location. Responsibilities
- Drive top line sales and ensure KPI targets are achieved and exceeded
- Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for client acquisition and retention
- Manage controllable and non-controllable store expenses and ensure budget efficiency
- Champion digital sales initiatives and achieve digital sales goals
- Plan schedules and deploy resources to maximize productivity
- Oversee planning and execution of events, trunk shows, and promotions
- Develop and deliver training and onboarding to elevate team skills and performance
- Provide on the floor coaching, performance management, and succession development
- Maintain health safety and loss prevention protocols and serve as point of contact for client issues
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity managing a store
- Flexible availability including weekends and opening and closing shifts
- Track record of improving sales KPIs through team-led strategies
- Experience coaching and developing a sales team with documented performance improvements
- Knowledge of luxury menswear departments and product categories
- Strong business acumen and ability to execute business plans through a team
- Client focused mindset with ability to drive long term loyalty and conversion
