Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager, you will serve as a key link between sales, operations, and clients, ensuring exceptional client service and the achievement of company objectives. Your role involves leading a high-performing team, coaching for maximum potential, and maintaining streamlined, client-oriented business processes. You will be expected to be entrepreneurial, anticipate future challenges, and maintain the showroom's professional image.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a role model for exceptional client service
  • Share best practices and foster teamwork
  • Meet profit targets and manage discounts and costs
  • Achieve sales targets and manage floor colleagues' performance
  • Conduct competitor analysis and represent the showroom at meetings
  • Organize tasks in line with policies and delegate effectively
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Manage till and transactional procedures
  • Run training sessions and participate in meetings as required
  • Ensure team adherence to dress code standards
  • Handle client repairs and size timepieces when necessary
  • Complete all assigned duties by management

Requirements

  • Jewelry or watch product knowledge
  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills
  • Relevant retail qualifications
  • Track record of sales and management achievements
  • Experience in inspiring and motivating teams
  • Comfort with high price points
  • Retail management experience in a luxury environment
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sales performance and identify improvements
  • Leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume location
  • Effective problem-solving skills
