Summary

The Sales Manager oversees the sales experience and performance of assigned store departments. This role leads teams, partners with other departments, and builds a customer-oriented luxury retail experience while driving sales and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive departmental sales and growth in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Lead team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to store strategic goals.
• Review business results with buyers and develop action plans.
• Partner with client development leads to establish plans and strategies.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan departmental budgets, manage expenses, and support audit compliance.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
• Demonstrated results and experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
