Our Manhasset, NY location is a premier retail destination offering a curated selection of men's and women’s fashion from prestigious brands. The store features dedicated shop-in-shops and a dynamic team of sales associates. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the women’s multi-brand department, driving sales performance and fostering a motivated, high-achieving team committed to exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor sales associates, tracking and evaluating monthly performance
• Lead daily morning meetings to introduce and discuss new collections
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the department is appealing and on-brand
• Engage in active floor selling during peak times to support team efforts
• Assist associates in fitting rooms by providing styling suggestions and support
• Monitor sales trends to identify top-performing items and areas needing increased promotion

Requirements

• Proven background in sales team management, with prior women's luxury sales experience yourself
  
• Strong knowledge of women’s fashion collections, styling, and current fashion trends
  
• “Cheerleader” mentality with the ability to motivate and inspire sales associates daily
  
• Experience in women’s wear retail; applicants from menswear will not be considered
