Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager at our Boca Raton Boutique, you will be responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. You will uphold brand standards and values while supporting strategic goals and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
  • Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives and daily operations.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs and develop strategic action plans.
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Leverage CRM for client relationship management.
  • Demonstrate leadership in visual merchandising and operational excellence.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client issues.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with women's and men's RTW.
  • Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
