Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our Nashville Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and embodying the brand's values. You will manage a team of Client Advisors, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the sales team.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals using clientele tools.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
