Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our Boca Raton Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will leverage your established client portfolio and luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients are treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team in sales ceremonies on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties and support administrative tasks as needed.

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
