Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at our Chicago Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing impeccable service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
