Sales Manager - Downtown Store

The Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus Downtown Store in Dallas is responsible for overseeing the sales experience within the store department, driving team goals, and building a customer-driven sales experience. • Partner with functional leads for execution of in-store selling events.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail fashion.
• Proven track record of achieving business results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
