Summary
Responsible for driving sales and developing selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach, onboard, train, and manage performance to achieve sales and event goals. Foster teamwork, recruit for open positions, and use technology and data to grow client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Style Advisors to improve sales and clienteling behaviors
- Maintain floor presence to support selling operations and resolve client issues
- Onboard and train associates on product knowledge, policies, and selling techniques
- Plan and maximize client appointments to drive repeat business
- Use clienteling tools and technology to maintain outreach and targeted recommendations
- Drive new client acquisition through referrals networking and social media
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback including counseling poor performers
- Ensure selling floor maintenance including fitting rooms merchandise presentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record
- Four year degree preferred
- Proficiency with technology including Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership organizational and problem solving skills
- Experience using clienteling tools and social media for client development
- Ability to coach and develop a high performance selling team
