Sales Manager - Handbags and Fashion Accessories

As a Sales Manager for Handbags and Fashion Accessories at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, you will oversee the sales experience within the department, drive team goals, and build a customer-oriented sales environment. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Group Manager.

• Drive maximum sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, returns, and damages.
• Manage team execution and anticipate risks and roadblocks.
• Contribute to strategic goals and set departmental priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and discuss action plans.
• Develop understanding of customer behaviors and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance and enforce department controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.

• 4-6 years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Experience in building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
