- Manage payroll expense while offering appropriate levels of coverage.

Requirements- 5+ years of supervisory experience with accountability for driving sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
