Summary
Responsible for the sales experience and performance of the jewelry department, driving team results, partnering across departments and merchants, and ensuring exceptional customer-oriented service while working on-site and reporting to a Senior Group Manager.
Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of sales targets and department growth in alignment with company vision
- Oversee merchandise presentation and coordinate returns and damages with merchant and vendor partners
- Manage team execution and address risks and roadblocks to meet departmental goals
- Contribute to store strategic goals and set department priorities
- Review business with Buyers and develop action plans for positive results
- Establish plans and strategies with Client Development Leads
- Analyze customer behaviors and trends to adjust processes and standards
- Plan and manage departmental budgets to control expenses and maximize revenue
- Support audit compliance and enforce department and stockroom controls
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
- Experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as required
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer focused with strong leadership and communication skills
