As a Sales Manager at our King Of Prussia Boutique, you will play a crucial role in providing impeccable service to our clients and acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in ensuring the smooth running of the sales ceremony on the shop floor.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and mentor the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Mentor Client Advisors and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
