Summary

The Sales Manager supports the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, developing sales, and growing the sales team. This leader elevates the client experience, builds lasting client relationships, and represents the Maison's values.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the sales team, maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, and help achieve performance goals.
• Develop client relationships and prospecting strategies to grow loyalty and sales.
• Motivate the team and support short- and mid-term strategies for client attraction, conversion, and retention.
• Ensure excellent customer service and support boutique operations, policies, procedures, and corporate directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience and the ability to motivate teams and resolve sales-related issues.
• Strong selling, closing, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, and comfort with travel; fluency in a relevant foreign language is preferred.
