Sales Manager Men's - NorthPark Center

As a Sales Manager at NorthPark Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales experience within a Neiman Marcus store department. You will facilitate partnerships across departments, drive your team towards goals, and utilize team skills to build a customer-oriented sales experience. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Group Manager.

• Drive towards achieving maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks.
• Contribute to strategic goals for the store and set departmental priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and discuss action plans for positive results.
• Establish plans and strategies in partnership with Client Development Leads.
• Analyze customer behaviors, trends, and preferences to adjust processes and standards.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance to enforce department and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotion within the department.

• 4-6 years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Experience in building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• "Win together" mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
