Job Description

Summary

The Sales Manager co-manages sales, customer service, and boutique operations while supporting growth and development of the sales team. This role reports to the Boutique Manager and works to drive store performance and deliver a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct day-to-day sales operations of the boutique.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
  • Coach and develop a strong sales team to deliver consistent luxury client experiences.
  • Implement and execute sales initiatives and merchandising standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure efficient service.
  • Ensure products and displays are merchandised to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Forecast staffing needs and collaborate on recruiting strategies.
  • Participate in annual review and performance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of retail sales experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods markets and clienteling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM systems, and Outlook.
