As a Sales Manager at North Georgia Premium Outlet, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. • Provide impeccable service to clients and tailor their experience to exceed expectations.
• Mentor and support the team in delivering a seamless sales ceremony.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model in achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clientele tools to enhance and develop business opportunities.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven clientele skills and an established client book preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• RTW experience preferred.
