Sales Manager - Northpark Flagship

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the sales experience for assigned store department(s), partnering with merchants and cross functional leaders to drive sales growth, coach and develop the team, and ensure operational standards are met. This on site role reports to a Senior Group Manager and supports departmental strategy, budgeting, and customer focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of sales targets and departmental growth in partnership with functional leads
• Oversee merchandise presentation, returns, and vendor communications with merchant partners
• Manage and develop team performance through coaching and goal setting
• Plan and complete departmental budgets and control operating expenses
• Support audit compliance and enforce department and stockroom controls
• Collaborate with Buyers to review business and implement action plans
• Establish plans with Client Development Leads and contribute to store strategic goals
• Analyze customer behaviors and adjust processes and standards accordingly

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant luxury retail fashion experience
• Proven track record achieving sales results
• Experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capacity for standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
