Sales Manager

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the store's sales experience and drives sales goals through client relationships, personalized service, and effective team development. This role coaches and manages the selling team while supporting client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships, grow repeat business, and achieve sales and event goals.
• Deliver memorable shopping experiences, plan client appointments, and make targeted recommendations.
• Coach and develop the selling team through onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Use clienteling tools, social media, and other technology to strengthen relationships and attract new clients.
• Stay informed about merchandise deliveries and promote in-store events.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• At least 3 years of management experience with comparable volume, or a track record managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
• Proficiency with available technology, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
