Summary
Sales Manager responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at the SouthPark Mall boutique. Role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury client experiences, coaching the team, and supporting boutique strategic goals and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador to ensure client experiences meet expectations.
- Partner with Store Leadership on initiatives, team development, product training, and daily operations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with loss prevention standards.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, and data enrichment.
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and deepen client engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution with Operations.
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with Store Leadership and Client Services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with both women's and men's ready to wear.
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Results driven with ability to meet sales KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment.
- Ability to use CRM for appointment selling and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of boutique operations and loss prevention procedures.
