Summary
Responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at the Charlotte Southpark Mall boutique. The Sales Manager leads and coaches the team, supports store operations and loss prevention, and ensures exceptional luxury client experiences in line with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador to ensure high quality client experiences.
- Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, and employee relations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as required.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, consignment, and repurchase rate.
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and deepen client engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and product knowledge.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with Store Leadership and Client Services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in women and mens ready to wear merchandise.
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Results driven and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to use CRM for appointment selling and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and store operational procedures.
