Sales Manager - Tysons

Summary

The Sales Experience Manager leads business development, client relationship strategies, and sales performance for a luxury boutique. The role partners with boutique leadership and corporate teams to grow sales, strengthen the client experience, and support team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships, drive sales and service teams toward targets, and implement strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Partner with boutique, regional, and corporate teams on KPIs, reporting, projects, operations, and client development.
• Motivate, coach, and develop boutique staff; support recruiting, performance management, scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Represent the Maison and uphold boutique standards while supporting client matters and local networking initiatives.

Requirements

• Eight to ten years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality, including experience managing direct reports.
• A business-related bachelor's degree is a plus; additional language skills and SAP experience are preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and client service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events as needed.
