Job Description

Summary

The Sales Manager role is focused on elevating client experiences, nurturing client relationships, and providing solutions to client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Boutique Director to guide the sales team in all sales aspects.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and support to the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop client relationships and prospect in the database to create a long-term sales strategy.
  • Lead on the sales floor, motivate the team, and support the Boutique Director in client attraction, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Assist in guiding the team in operations, including policy & procedures and corporate directives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong selling, closing, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in high-profile events.
  • Fluency in a foreign language relevant to the market is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
