- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by wholesale partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within the wholesale channel.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, products, and collections.
- Organize and lead market appointments, product knowledge presentations, and sales meetings to showcase the brand’s offerings.
- Oversee the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory levels and resolve any supply chain issues.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on wholesale.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
