Summary
Responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at the Wrentham outlet. Leads and coaches teams to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while supporting strategic goals and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador for every client interaction
- Partner with store leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, and product training
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain operational and loss prevention standards
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, and data enrichment
- Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and deepen client engagement
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices and product knowledge
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Manage escalated client issues with Store Leadership, Client Services, and Operations
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear
- Proven leadership and results-driven sales capabilities
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast paced retail environment
- Ability to use CRM for appointment selling and client acquisition
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
