Job Description

Summary

The Sales Operations Account Analyst supports order management and post market activities for assigned sales territory, working directly with Ralph Lauren accounts and sales to ensure accurate order execution, reporting, and issue resolution. The role requires collaboration across sales, accounts, and warehouse teams and occasional travel to corporate offices.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, confirm and maintain customer orders for assigned territory ensuring accuracy
  • Validate seasonal buys and in-season reorders against confirmations and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor weekly order fulfillment and report concerns that may impact deliveries or cause financial risk
  • Communicate delivery issues to sales and accounts including shortages, quality issues and transportation delays
  • Build relationships with accounts and buyers and partner with sales to understand account preferences
  • Maintain and update orders per customer requests and assess financial impact of changes
  • Track and report deliveries through the warehouse management system until invoiced
  • Analyze and report account PO status and provide updates to sales and accounts
  • Travel to corporate offices as required

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, business or liberal arts
  • Minimum of 2 years of business related or retail experience
  • Experience or ability to learn SAP order management and PKMS warehouse systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and formulas
  • Strong analytical aptitude with basic retail math understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi task and work independently and in a team
  • Professional presentation and time management skills
