Responsibilities
- Present products to clients with storytelling and technical details in a welcoming environment.
- Build and nurture client relationships using the company CRM platform.
- Stay informed about the showroom's brands, collections, and products.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and conduct business with integrity.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Delegate to other team members to best meet client needs.
- Arrange merchandise and displays to optimize sales and reduce shrinkage.
- Enhance the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Utilize all company systems, hardware, and software effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the Client Experience.
- Manage client repairs as needed.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Strong storytelling skills.
- A passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Exceptional client service and selling abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office.
