Responsibilities

• Present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail in a hospitable environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships using the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and industry awareness.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all business conduct.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize client service.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Use company systems, hardware, and software effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the Client Experience.
• Manage client repairs as required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and may require lifting packages/boxes.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong storytelling, client service, and selling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and team cooperation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency.
