Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Build and maintain client relationships through correspondence and outreach
- Drive sales and full price volume across product categories
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to reach clients and showcase products
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the brand catalogues
- Support product launches special events and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies
- Communicate openly with store management peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant retail or sales experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Ability to work in a high pressure selling environment and meet targets
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and the brand
- Proficiency in English other languages a plus
