Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Create memorable in store experiences and deliver hospitality to every customer.
- Build and maintain customer correspondence to drive repeat sales.
- Drive sales volume across Ralph Lauren product categories and full price merchandise.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling tools for client outreach and sales.
- Support product launches, special events and store projects as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and perform opening and closing duties.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow dress presentation and grooming standards.
- Communicate regularly with store management peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant retail or sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Ability to work in a high pressure selling environment and meet sales targets.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge across the brand catalogues.
