Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional service and product knowledge
- Create memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence and conduct outreach to build relationships
- Drive full price sales across key product pillars and meet sales goals
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to engage clients and expand sales
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties as required
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with store management peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant retail or sales experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and perform in a high pressure environment
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Passion for the brand and for selling
