Responsibilities

• Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail to create a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain, and develop clientele using the company CRM platform.
• Maintain and update product knowledge on brands, collections, and showroom pieces.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines, complete administrative tasks, and use required systems and software.
• Assist team members and coordinate client handoffs; accept and deliver client repairs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Strong storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
• Excellent client service, selling, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work as a team.
• Computer literate (MS Office); ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift packages; schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends.
