Summary
The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences representing the brand, meets or exceeds sales goals, cultivates client relationships, and supports store operations and merchandising. This role requires strong product knowledge, enthusiasm for the brand, and the ability to engage customers both in person and via virtual selling tools.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Drive sales by promoting key product pillars and full price volume across product lines.
- Maintain customer correspondence and leverage virtual selling and technology for outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Support store initiatives, product launches, special events and projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and standards.
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for learning and positive energy.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Passion for the brand and thriving in a sales driven environment.
