Summary
The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the Ralph Lauren lifestyle brand through strong product knowledge, relationship building, and virtual and in‑store selling. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, representing the brand, and supporting store operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and build client relationships to drive sales.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to reach clients and showcase products.
- Drive full price volume across Ralph Lauren product pillars.
- Support product launches, special events and store projects.
- Assist with inventory, opening and closing store duties and register operation.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
- Communicate professionally with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in a high pressure environment.
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and for the brand.
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk and work on the sales floor for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately using a ladder following safety guidelines.
