Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service and styling advice.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and build long-term relationships.
- Drive sales across key product pillars and meet sales goals.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to outreach to clients.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow brand presentation standards.
- Communicate with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.
- Proactive self-starter with passion for learning and the brand.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word Excel PowerPoint Workday and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately using a ladder as trained.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
