Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds customer relationships, supports sales goals, and shares product and styling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and styling guidance.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, outreach, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories and support company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, special events, opening and closing duties, and other store projects.
• Maintain professional presentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and build customer relationships.
• Computer proficiency preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver throughout the store.
