The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales by building relationships, demonstrating product knowledge, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role focuses on exceeding sales goals through in-store and virtual selling while supporting store operations and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Greet, listen to and assist customers to exceed expectations and provide exceptional hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer engagement
- Build and maintain customer correspondence to drive repeat business and clienteling
- Drive full price sales across product pillars and meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product promotion
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends
- Support inventory tasks, special events, store opening and closing duties
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and grooming standards
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning and selling
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and perform store duties as trained
