The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the Ralph Lauren lifestyle brand through product knowledge, relationship building, and virtual and in-store selling. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service and hospitality.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales.
- Drive business across key product pillars and full price volume.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Support product launches, special events and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company standards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure environment.
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and desire to work with people.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
